We did our first #BoostNXT session yesterday.

Alhumdililah, MashaAllah.

Youngest 11. Oldest 17.

I was completely expecting to have to take it easy on them.

BOYYYY, I WAS WRONG.

We got straight into how governments prioritise hard and soft infrastructure spend.

Why didn’t we have to take it easy on them?

Well... some notable attendees.

- We had a sitting Saudi ambassador’s grandson join

- Saudi Minister’s son join

- A 15 year old with dreams to be a neurosurgeon

Zain Khan and Ibrahim Sait ... two 16 year old super nerds who originally snuck on to #TeamBoost which is for adults because ... “it seemed cool?”

It really goes to show that AGE is not what is stopping people from learning key consulting skills like problem solving. It’s a function of environment and exposure.

Let me put this into context.

Imagine you did your first consulting case study at 15? You’d be a senior partner McKinsey & Company by 25???
