Client: "Probably not to be honest".
Fahad: Like seriously. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't make it on to most of the top-tier consulting firms' analyst program"
Client: "Probably not to be honest".
🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽
At Boost | Consulting Redefined we are working with the best Saudi graduates from the best universities to help them land on their feet in the Management Consulting ecosystem. Its a significant loss to our business - but we wont stop.
BUT MAN!
This recruitment process is overly intense ... expecting graduates to memorize frameworks, six interviews, minimal feedback - ALL WHILE DOING EXAMS!!!
Y’ALL GOTS TO CHILL!
This is not a rant nor a call out...
I see the good side (i.e. when the hard works pays off and they land the job) but I see the bad side more often (i.e. when a candidate is rejected because "your structure wasn't structured enough").
😒😒😒
... in the age of work life balance, mental health awareness... this recruitment process needs a rethink.
Just my opinion (and the opinion of my client who works for a top tier strategy firm in KSA).
